Claude Code on Amazon Bedrock

Build real features with an agentic coding tool that reads your codebase and executes with your approval — entirely inside your AWS boundaries with bedrock.

In this lab, you'll build a real feature in Excalidraw while learning:

  • Working with CLAUDE.md and context management
  • MCP, Skills, Subagents, and Plugins
  • Hooks and dynamic workflows
  • Headless mode and structured output
  • Loop engineering and worktrees
  • Governance and cost control

WORKSHOP 1

Claude Desktop on Amazon Bedrock

The graphical home for Claude — Cowork, Chat, and Code in one app — running on Bedrock as the backend.

This session covers:

  • Setting up Claude Desktop with Bedrock
  • Cowork, Chat, and Code in practice
  • Connectors
  • Bedrock Guardrails and PrivateLink
  • Inference profiles and observability
  • Per-user telemetry and the Claude Apps Gateway

WORKSHOP 2

Claude Enterprise on AWS Marketplace

Anthropic's fully managed platform, across web and desktop — Chat, Code, Cowork, and Artifacts.

This session covers:

  • Getting started on web and on desktop
  • Chat, Code, and Code Review
  • Design and Science use cases
  • Claude Security

WORKSHOP 3

The Series

Introducing a new three-part expert-led workshop series that takes you from your first line of agentic code to a fully governed, enterprise-wide Claude deployment — all powered by AWS. Pick one session or attend the full series (highly encouraged)

Unlock the power of Claude on AWS - an immersive, hands-on workshop designed for builders, architects, technical leaders and anyone evaluating or adopting Claude within their AWS environment.

Developers, solutions architects, IT engineers, knowledge workers, and anyone evalutating or adopting Claude within their AWS environment

Who should attend

Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Claude Enterprise each solve a different problem — writing code faster, working across chat/code/collaboration in one app, and scaling AI safely across your organization. This series walks you through all three, hands-on, with real labs inside your own AWS environment.

By the end, you won't just be using Claude — you'll be orchestrating it.
