Sudipt Kapadia is currently the Director of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solution Architecture for AGS US Financial Services. A seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience leading solution architecture teams across various industries.

Sudipt’s tenure at AWS spans 8+ influential years, during which he played an instrumental role in building the company's enterprise solution architecture capabilities from the ground up. In 2017 Sudipt incubated the Enterprise Solution Architecture Organization for the Partner Solutions organization hiring the first Solution Architects to work with Strategic ISV Partners such as Salesforce, Palo Alto Networks, Crowdstrike and Splunk. In January 2019. Sudipt moved to the East SA organization East Area and grew the organization from 5 builders to an impressive team of 85 in a span of 5 years. Under his strategic leadership, the business witnessed remarkable growth of 400% during this period.

Prior to AWS, Sudipt worked with large FSI Enterprise Customers, leading led Solution Architecture teams at Security Startups and Oracle.

Currently, as the Director of the AWS Solution Architecture Organization for AGS US Financial Services, he is responsible for leading a team of Solution Architects who deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored focused on areas such as GenAI, modernization, data strategy and resilience to the unique needs of Financial Services customers. His vast experience and industry insights enable him to drive innovation and help organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation.
